WASHINGTON, December 17, 2009 - The World Bank’s Board of Executive Directors today approved the following project: IDA Grant: US$20.25 million equivalent IDA Credit: US$24.75 million equivalent Terms: Maturity = 40 years; Grace Period = 10 years Project ID: P107853  Project Description: The additional financing for the Emergency Northern Recovery Project aims to fill a financing gap that has occurred due to both a change in technical specification and cost increases over the course of project implementation. The project aims to provide 1.2 million beneficiaries with access to all season roads.
